Cancellation conditions

There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code; however, we grant the following cancellation conditions:

Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
In the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.
Any penalties will be offset against the deposit already paid.

Reference is expressly made to Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
